How you can help at the Community Pantry:

Join a Pantry Host team (3 hours, Wed aft and/or Sat am)
Produce transportation (3 hours a week, Fri or Sat)
Stock management (2 hours a week, Tues and Fri)

Volunteering at Tea Time Together:

Hosting guests
Serving food
3 hours on alternate Wednesdays

Ways to volunteer with Freezer Manna:

Delivery of meals to Freezer Manna hubs
Cooking (some experience needed for this)

How to donate:

£3.20 is the cost to feed one person at our community meals

£3.00 helps significantly reduce the cost of healthy food for a struggling family or older person

£2.45 is what it costs to produce one Freezer Manna portion
